» ประชาชนยืนรอรถโดยสารที่บริเวณถนนพหลโยธิน จตุจักร โดยสวมใส่เสื้อคลุมเพราะอากาศกรุงเทพหนาวเย็น 19 องศา ที่จตุจักร ในช่วงเช้า และสวมใส่หน้ากากป้องกันฝุ่น ด้วยอากาศที่เย็นลงจึงทำให้ฝุ่นในอากาศมีจำนวนมาก ช่วงเวลา 08.15 น. มีค่าฝุ่น Pm.2.5 มีค่าสูงถึง 71.9 AQIทั้งนี้ เมื่อเวลา 11.40 น. วันที่ 7 มกราคม ที่ทำเนียบรัฐบาล น.ส.แพทองธาร ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี แถลงผลประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) ว่าที่ประชุม ครม.เน้นเรื่องสำคัญคือฝุ่น PM2.5 เนื่องจากตอนนี้ภาพจากดาวเทียมเราเริ่มเห็นจุดความร้อนและฝุ่นเริ่มมีเยอะขึ้น จึงเน้นย้ำทุกกระทรวงที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเน้นย้ำผู้ประกอบการในการรับซื้ออ้อยที่มีกระบวนการจากการเผา ขอให้มีมาตรการชัดเจน โดยปีที่แล้วปริมาณฝุ่นที่เกิดจากการเผามีมากถึง 70% ซึ่งปีนี้ลดลงไปถึงครึ่ง เหลือเพียง 30-35% โดยกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์มีการติดต่อเกษตรกรให้มีความร่วมมือกันในเรื่องลดการเผานายกฯกล่าวว่า ได้สั่งการใน ครม.ว่าจะให้ประชาชนทำอย่างไรได้บ้าง โดยหลักๆ จะเป็นเรื่องการควบคุมกลุ่มควันต่างๆ ขณะที่กระทรวงคมนาคมให้ดูรถใหญ่ที่เข้ามา และมีการปล่อยกลุ่มควันมาก กำชับให้ดี ขณะที่กระทรวงมหาดไทยให้กำชับกรมป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย (ปภ.) และผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ให้ดูแลเรื่องนี้อย่างเต็มที่“ทราบว่าช่วงนี้ประชาชนจะรับฝุ่นควันเยอะ ซึ่งรัฐบาลทำงานทุกๆ จุดอย่างเต็มที่ ทุกหน่วยงานที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องเราได้เร่งดำเนินการเรื่องนี้ มีการเตรียมการก่อนหน้านี้แล้ว ปีนี้อย่างไรก็ลดลงกว่าปีที่แล้วอย่างมากแน่นอน” นายกฯกล่าวPhoto By PORNPROM SATRABHAYA---------------------------------------Published caption::Hazy day...
