» นายธีรัชย์ อัตนวานิช อธิบดีกรมศุลกากร เป็นประธานในการส่งมอบช่อดอกกัญชาภายใต้การปฏิบัติงานระหว่างกรมศุลกากรและหน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมายของสหราชอาณาจักร เพื่อสกัดกั้นการลักลอบนำกัญชาออกนอกราชอาณาจักร ให้แก่กรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก ร่วมนายเดวิด โธมัส (David Thomas) รองหัวหน้าคณะผู้แทนสถานเอกอัครราชทูตอังกฤษ ประจำประเทศไทย และนายอภิศักดิ์ เย็นประโคน ผู้อำนวยการส่วนศูนย์รักษาความปลอดภัย ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ ผู้แทนจากบริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยมีนายสมศักดิ์ กรีชัย รองอธิบดีกรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก เป็นผู้รับมอบ ณ ห้องโถงอาคาร 1 ชั้น 1 กรมศุลกากรกรมศุลกากร ได้ประสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมายของสหราชอาณาจักร (Home Office International Operation (HOIO) British Embassy) เข้าร่วมปฏิบัติการสกัดกั้นการลักลอบนำกัญชาออกนอกราชอาณาจักร ตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 เป็นต้นมา โดยสหราชอาณาจักรได้ส่งเจ้าหน้าที่มาเข้าร่วมเพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Cannabis Awareness Raising) รวมถึงโทษที่อาจได้รับหากลักลอบนำกัญชาออกจากราชอาณาจักรไทยไปยังสหราชอาณาจักรให้กับผู้โดยสารที่เดินทางระหว่างประเทศภายหลังสิ้นสุดการปฏิบัติงานฯ ตรวจพบช่อดอกกัญชาที่ผู้โดยสารสละการครอบครอง ปริมาณกว่า 2.1 ตัน กรมศุลกากรจึงส่งมอบช่อดอกกัญชาดังกล่าว ให้แก่กรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือกเพื่อนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในทางการแพทย์ต่อไป---------------------------------------Published caption::Highs brought low ...
