» กทม. นำสื่อมวลชนติดตามภารกิจการรื้อถอน และค้นหาผู้ติดค้างภายในอาคาร สตง. ในภาพเป็นชั้นใต้ดินอาคาร สตง.(แห่งใหม่) ที่ถล่มระหว่างก่อสร้าง จะเห็นเสาที่ระเบิดออกแต่ยังรับน้ำหนักได้บางส่วน ซึ่งชั้นอื่นๆที่ถล่มลงมานั้นจะระเบิดฉีกขาดออกจากกัน โดยมีข้อมูลจากสำนักป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย กรุงเทพมหานคร คาดจบงานใน 3 วัน หลังเคลียร์ซากเปิดพื้นที่อาคาร สตง. ครบทั้งหมด ไม่พบผู้สูญหายเพิ่มเติม(6 พ.ค. 68) นายเอกวรัญญู อัมระปาล ผู้ช่วยเลขานุการผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร และโฆษกของกรุงเทพมหานคร พร้อมด้วย นายสุริยชัย ระวิวรรณ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย กทม. นำคณะสื่อมวลชนฯ ลงพื้นที่บริเวณโครงการก่อสร้างอาคารสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน (สตง.) แห่งใหม่ เขตจตุจักร ที่พังถล่มจากเหตุแผ่นดินไหว เพื่อติดตามความคืบหน้าและผลการปฏิบัติงานตลอด 40 วันที่ผ่านมา หลังประเมินแล้วว่าในจุดที่นำคณะสื่อมวลชนเข้าไปนั้น มีความปลอดภัยในระดับหนึ่งแล้วโดย นายไทวุฒิ ขันแก้ว ผู้อำนวยการสำนักการวางผังและพัฒนาเมือง กทม. ระบุว่า ลักษณะของอาคารที่ถล่มเป็นอาคารสูง 30 ชั้น มีพื้นที่รวม 40×40 เมตร หรือประมาณ 50,000 ตารางเมตร มีลิฟท์ 10 ตัว และหลังจากเกิดเหตุการณ์ถล่มแล้ว โครงสร้างอาคารมีการลาดเอียงไปทางด้านหลัง ซึ่งเป็นจุดที่เชื่อมต่อกับอาคารจอดรถคาดการณ์ว่าระหว่างที่อาคารถล่มนั้น อาจมีคนวิ่งเข้ามาในส่วนของอาคารจอดรถด้วย จึงยังคงมีการค้นหาในบริเวณนี้ต่อจนกว่าจะเคลียร์พื้นที่ได้แล้วเสร็จ 100% ซึ่งจากการจำลองการหนีของคนส่วนใหญ่ของทุกชั้นจะวิ่งมาหาบันไดหนีไฟซึ่งเป็นจุดเดียวของอาคารที่เชื่อมระหว่างอาคาร 30 ชั้นกับอาคารจอดรถยนต์ จึงอาจมีผู้ติดค้างติดอยู่บริเวณเศษซากอาคารที่ถล่มลงมาในบริเวณจุดเชื่อมได้ ซึ่งสมมุติฐานดังกล่าวยังสอดคล้องกับ ข้อเท็จจริงที่พื้นที่ที่พบผู้เสียชีวิตส่วนใหญ่จะอยู่ในโซน C ตรงจุดที่คาดว่าเป็นช่วงบันไดหนีไฟคาดว่าจะใช้เวลาอีกประมาณ 2-3 วันจะค้นหาบริเวณชั้นใต้ดแล้วเสร็จ และภายใน 4-5 วัน จึงจะแล้วเสร็จภารกิจ โดยในเบื้องต้นจะพยายามให้แล้วเสร็จภายในวันที่ 10 พฤษภาคมที่จะถึงนี้ เบื้องต้น ต้องยอมรับว่า กทม. ไม่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในการกู้ซากอาคาร แต่ยืนยันว่าจะทำงานด้วยความพยายามและระมัดระวัง เพื่อค้นหาและนำผู้ติดค้างออกมาให้ได้ครบถ้วนที่สุด โดย กทม. ขอขอบคุณการสนับสนุนเครื่องจักรกล และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ จากทุกหน่วยงานภาคี ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาสังคม ที่เข้ามาช่วยดำเนินการตั้งแต่วันแรกที่เกิดเหตุ ซึ่งทุกคนมาด้วยใจและช่วยกันดำเนินการอย่างเต็มที่ภารกิจในครั้งนี้มีเครื่องจักรร่วมสนับสนุนการดำเนินการทั้งหมดกว่า 80 เครื่อง แม้การดำเนินงานในแต่ละวันค่อนข้างมีอุปสรรค มีการวางแผนงานการประชุม 9 โมงเช้าและ 6 โมงเย็นทุกวัน และหน้างานมีการมีปัญหา ที่ต้องวางแผนแก้ปัญหาในแต่ละวันที่ไม่เหมือนกัน แต่ทุกคนที่เข้ามาก็ทำงานกันอย่างเต็มที่ในการค้นหาผู้สูญหาย และตลอดเวลาที่ผ่านมาเครื่องจักรต่างๆ มีการทำงานอยู่ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง เพื่อที่จะเร่งกู้ร่างของผู้ที่ติดอยู่ในซากตึก ซึ่งการทำงานของเครื่องจักรทุกคันในวันนี้จะเน้นไปที่การทำงานบริเวณชั้นใต้ดินทั้งหมดPhoto By Pattarapong ChatpattarasillPhoto By PATTARAPONG CHATPATTARASILL---------------------------------------Published caption::Bent out of shape ...
