With 54 branches in Japan, Osaka-born Gram Cafe & Pancakes (stylised as gram cafe&pancakes) is the latest entry that locals and tourists alike are queuing up for. Such is the life in Bangkok whenever famous food import lands on our soil.

Spilling the Tea

» Remember when bubble tea was all the rage in Bangkok? There's another ongoing trend hidden in tea shops' menus that you may not be aware of, namely, cheese tea. Accordingly to a 2017 article by Condé Nast Traveler, cheese tea started from street stalls in Taiwan and later become so popular in China that people queued up for hours to sip it. And it has been a thing in Bangkok for some time now -- since around late last year, to my best knowledge -- and Ditto Modern Tea on the second floor of CentralWorld is one of such shops that offers this curious concoction, and more.
