An example of what a positive effect this can have was provided recently at the Thailand Cultural Centre, when German conductor Golo Berg had his first collaboration with the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra, providing expert accompaniment for Thai piano soloist Natnaree Suwanpotipra in Grieg's Piano Concerto In A Minor, and demonstrating masterly control of structure in the expansive canvas of Brahms' Symphony No.3 In F Major.
