พิธีเปิดโครงการฝึกอาชีพช่างแทงหยวก หลักสูตร 300 ชม.ให้แก่นักโทษจำนวน 15 คนของเรือนจำพิเศษธนบุรี มีการจัดสอนมาตั้งแต่ปี 2540 เพื่อสืบสานพระราชปณิธานของสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯสยามบรมราชกุมารี ในการอนุรักษ์และสืบสานภูมิปัญญา โดยจัดสอนจากอาจารย์ศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียนกาญจนาภิเษก (วิทยาลัยในวัง) Published caption:: Banana crafting...
