Soammaphat Traisorat, an executive director of TCC Land, said the company planned to launch two new condominium projects worth one billion baht each in the second half of the year as the Thai property market has improved. The two projects, with unidentified locations, will be the first residential projects developed by TCC Land since the company entered the joint venture with CapitaLand.
