นายสุเทพ เทือกสุบรรณ เลขาธิการ กปปส. นายสาทิตย์ วงศ์หนองเตย, นายเอกนัฏ พร้อมพันธ์ และ นายสมศักดิ์ โกศัยสุข ถูกทหารคุมตัวมายังสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ถนน รัชดาภิเษก เพื่อรายงานตัว ในคดี กบฎ จากกรณีการชุมนุมทางการเมือง ขณะที่ นายถาวร เสนเนียม แกนนำ กปปส. พร้อมด้วย นายวิรัตน์ กัลยาศิริ อดีต สส.พรรคปชป และทนายความ กปปส.เดินทางมารายงานตัวกกับิัยการแล้วด้วยเช่นกัน Thirteen core anti-government protest leaders led by Suthep Thaugsuban were released on bail yesterday after reporting themselves to Department of Special Investigation officials to face insurrection charges related to their role in the anti-government demonstrations. Mr Suthep yesterday also faced murder-related charges involving the dispersal of red-shirt protesters in 2010 but was also granted bail. As troops escorted them to the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) to face insurrection charges, all appeared to be in high spirits.
