Banglamphu community has come up with the new water bicycle idea to enhance environment conditions. This bike was obtain an idea from King Phumibon, 'Chiapattna Low Speed Surface Aerator Model' which aim to give more oxygen to the water, to attract more tourists and to create better health for people in the community. ประชาคมบางลำภูทดสอบต้นแบบจักรยานน้ำบำบัดน้ำเสีย ตามโครงการพัฒนาจักรยานเผินน้ำในพระราชดำริของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เพื่อการฟื้นฟูคลองบางลำพู ซึ่งได้รับมอบจากกรมอู่ทหารเรือ โดยเป็นจักรยานที่จำลองมาจากเรือของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวและกังหันน้ำชัยพัฒนา เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาและใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์กับชุมชนบางลำภูในหลายด้าน เช่น บำบัดน้ำเสียโดยการเติมออกซิเจนให้กับน้ำ, การดึงดูดนั่งท่องเที่ยว และเพื่อสุขภาพของคนในชุมชน (ในขั้นต้นได้จำลองเรือต้นแบบขึ้นมาแล้ว 4 ลำจากการระดมทุนของนักธุรกิจในถนนบริเวณถนนข้าวสาร และจะต้องการทั้งหมด 10 ลำ โดยเรือแต่ละรำนั้นมีราคา 30,000 บาท)   Novel methods are being used in the ambitious restoration of Khlong Bang Lamphu in the historic old quarter  The prototype floating bicycle is a new attraction in the Bang Lamphu community. Tourists are encouraged to exercise on the ‘bikes’ and help clean the canal.
