ที่กองปราบ ได้มีนายสิงห์ทอง บัวชุม สมาชิกพรรคเพื่อไทย ได้เข้าแจ้งความร้องทุกข์กล่าวโทษนายสุรชัย กับพวก ที่กองบังคับการปราบปราม ในฐานความผิด มาตรา ๑๗๕ หรือเป็นการปฎิบัติหน้าที่โดยมิชอบ เพื่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใด โดยได้ยื่นเรื่องต่อ ร.ต.ท.ชนะ ขำทอง พงส.กก.1 บก.ป. เพื่อแจ้งความดำเนินต่อไป Singthong Buachum, a member of Pheu Thai's legal team,yesterday filed a complaint with Crime Suppression Division police against Sen Surachai for abuse of power in violation of Section 157 of the Criminal Code. Mr Singthong said in the complaint that Sen Surachai, as deputy Senate speaker, had proposed a royal decree for an extraordinary Senate session from May 2-10 specifically to endorse the appointments of an Administrative Court judge and a member of the National Anti-Corruption Commission.
