Composing a culinary symphony :: The roll call of the Men in White composing the gourmet menu for the 2010 Bangkok Chefs Charity Gala Dinner & Auction has been augmented from 16 to 19. Every one is the executive chef of a top hotel in Bangkok or Phuket, and the menu for the eight courses they’ve been working on in teams of two has now been scrutinised, finalised, tasted and approved.
