A man—well, we feel pretty certain it’s a man—has put up a giant sign to ask his girlfriend to forgive him. How he managed to string it upon the building is a mystery. The message begins with the name of the girlfriend, Tarn, followed by a plea: ‘‘I’m sorry for saying that. I said it to test if you still loved me. I’m sorry. I love you. I’m still waiting for you.
