Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva shakes hands yesterday with his Cambodian counterpart Hun Sen during the Mekong River Commission summit in Hua Hin. Members of the commission, which are Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia, gathered to discuss falling water levels in the mighty Mekong and development issues for those living on its banks.
