Amulet sellers at Pantip Plaza in the Ngam Wong Wan area of Nonthaburi have filed a complaint with the Department of Special Investigation, saying they have been cheated out of 300 million baht’s worth of goods. About 20 vendors yesterday accused a man identified as Phisit Nawaphonlaksami of cheating them.
