
When Rosina Mudman and her three siblings started selling Thai food from a portable stall in Kuala Lumpur 30 years ago, people in the Malaysian capital didn’t know what a spicy tom yum was. Now her restaurant, Lala Seafood, has 40-50 dishes. Open until 1.30am, the restaurant can accommodate up to 200 customers a day or 400 for special events.
