สภาพพื้นที่บริเวณเขื่อนไซยะบุรี แขวงไซยะบุรี สปป.ลาว ซึ่งยังคงทดลองปล่อยน้ำเพื่อผลิตประแสไฟฟ้าตามปกติ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลโครงการให้ข้อมูลว่าการปล่อยน้ำเพื่อผลิตประแสไฟฟ้าดังกล่าวนั้นไม่ใช่สาเหตุที่ทำให้แม่น้ำโขงเกิดปัญหาภัยแล้ง เนื่องจากเขื่อนไซยะบุรี ใช้วิธีปล่อยน้ำตามจำนวนน้ำต้นทางที่เข้ามายังพื้นที่เขื่อน ปัญหาดังกล่าวเกิดจากภัยแล้งตามธรรมชาติและเขื่อนต้นทางจากประเทศจีนซึ่งปล่อยน้ำมาน้อย++++++++++++++Published caption::Sluicing away...
