The statue of Emperor Gaozu in Hon Wong shrine is also known as Sanchao Rong Kueak, as the area was once apopular place for making horseshoes. This year, to help the fight against toxic smog, the shrine introduced a policy not to sell or light incense sticks during Chinese New Year.
