A civilian helicopter crashed and burst into flames in a paddy field in Khon Kaen's Chonnabot district on Wednesday morning, killing all three people on board.  Four people were killed when theirhelicopter crashed onto a paddy field in Chonnabotdistrict yesterday morning.TV Channel 7 had hired the helicopter for a newsreport and TV programme. It was heading to KhonKaen to pick up the reporters when it went down,according to airport director Atthaya Lapmark.The helicopter, AS355NP, was en route fromSaraburi to Khon Kaen airport, where it was due toarrive at 9am, he said. Air traffic control lost contactwith it over Chonnabot district.
