2806Freewheel5 The ICU challenges riders with somesteep rocky sections that can see the unlucky onesend up being rushed to hospital. Over the past fewyears, with newer and safer trails built on the otherside of the hill, the ICU has been abandoned andalmost forgotten. Recently, however, some of the local ridersdecided to bring the ICU back to life. Parts of thesingle track that had been covered by overgrownvegetation have been cleared. A newline was made, resulting in the trailbeing 100m or so longer.
