คนงานบนเรือประมง 10 ส.โชคมีชัย ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในเรือที่โดนล็อกเนื่องจากไม่มีใบอนุญาตทำประมง ขณะที่ พล.อ.ฉัตรชัย สาริกัลยะ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี ลงพื้นที่ตรวจติดตามมาตรการควบคุมเรือประมงในพื้นที่ ท่ารับลม คลองมหาชัย แม่น้ำท่าจีน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยตลอดเส้นทางพบเรือประมงตลอดเส้นทาง เป็นเรือที่ถูกควบคุมไม่ให้ออกจากท่าเรือเนื่องจากไม่มีทะเบียนเรือ ไม่มีใบอนุญาติทำการประมง และเรือที่อยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการตามกฏหมายที่โดนล็อกไม่ให้ออกจากท่า 34 ลำ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่จะทาสีขาวแดงและล็อกพังงานเรือ Crewmen are seen aboard an unregistered fishingtrawler found during a survey in Samut Sakhon yesterday.
