พล.ต.อ.ศรีวรา รังสิพราหมณกุล รอง ผบ.ตร. เดินทางมายังบ้านของ นายเปรมชัย ในซอยศูนย์วิจัย 3 เพื่อร่วมทำการตรวจค้นบ้านอย่างละเอียด โดยพบงาช้าง 2 คู่ มีใบอนุญาตครอบครอง อีกทั้งยังพบอาวุธปืนรวม 40 กระบอก แบ่งเป็นปืนสั้น 2 กระบอก และปืนไรเฟิลอีก 38 กระบอก ลักษณะใช้สำหรับล่าสัตว์ เบื้องต้น จึงยึดปืนทั้งหมดไปตรวจสอบ ทั้งเรื่องทะเบียนปืน และตรวจสอบการใช้งานว่าเคยใช้ยิงที่ไหนอย่างไร ที่บ้านเลขที่ 12/3 ซ.ศูนย์วิจัย 3 แขวงบางกะปิ เขตห้วยขวาง กทม. Police obtained approval from the Criminal Court for the search of hissprawling residence on Soi Soonvijai 3in Bangkok’s Huai Khwang district 8 February 2018 and entered the groundsaround noon.After the search, Pol Col Suwat Intasit,deputy commander of the NaturalResources and Environmental Crime Suppression Division, said the search turned up some 40 firearms.The firearms will be sent for examination to determine whether they are collectors’ items or had been used as weapons.Two pairs of elephant tusks with legalownership registration were also found.No wildlife carcasses or other illegal items were found and no traces of people moving things to escape detection were identified.
