วันพุธที่ 3 มกราคม 2561 พระเจ้าหลานเธอ พระองค์เจ้าสิริวัณณวรีนารีรัตน์ ให้ผู้แทนพระองค์เชิญการ์ดอวยพรปีใหม่ 2561 ประทานให้แก่หนังสือพิมพ์บางกอกโพสต์ ส.ค.ส.ด้านหน้าเป็นพระรูปของพระองค์ 4 ภาพ เป็นพระรูปที่ทรงฉายร่วมกับสุนัขทรงเลี้ยง และม้าที่พระองค์ทรงใช้ในการแข่งขันกีฬาขี่ม้า ด้านในเป็นตราประจำพระองค์ และเป็นคำอวยพรทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาฝรั่งเศส ข้อความว่า“Wishing you happiness and a new year filled with joy.
