กลุ่มฟื้นฟูประชาธิปไตย นักกิจกรรมและภาคประชาชน นำโดยรังสิมันต์ โรม ยื่นคำร้องต่อศาลรัฐธรรมนูญ ภายในศูนย์ราชการแจ้งวัฒนะ กรณีคำสั่งคสช. ที่ 3/2558 ซึ่งออกมาควบคุมการชุมนุมของภาคประชาชน ว่าตัวคำสั่งและการปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งดังกล่าวของเจ้าหน้าที่เป็นการละเมิดสิทธิเสรีภาพที่รัฐธรรมนูญคุ้มครองไว้ เนื่องจากทางกลุ่มมองว่าการแสดงออกโดยการชุมนุมเป็นสิ่งที่ภาคประชาชนสามารถทำได้ Published caption:: NCPO orders under fire...A network of seven civic and prodemocracy groups lodges a petition to the Constitutional Court at the Government Complex, asking the court to consider whether the National  Council for Peace and Order’s orders in 2015 which banned public gatherings of more than five people and allowed military authorities to detain people for seven days without a court warrant violate the constitution.
