นายสุริยะใส กตะศิลา นายวีระ สมความคิด นายปานเทพ พัวพงษ์พันธ์ อดีตโฆษกพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตย ได้อ่านแถลงการณ์คณะทำงานพันธมิตรฯ ฉบับที่ 3/2560 ภายหลังจากการประชุมหารือ กรณีที่ คณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (ป.ป.ช.) มีมติวานนี้ ยื่นอุทธรณ์คดีสลายการชุมนุมพันธมิตรฯ วันที่ 7 ต.ค. 2551 เฉพาะ พล.ต.ท.สุชาติ เหมือนแก้ว อดีต ผบช.น. และไม่ยื่นอุทธรณ์ นายสมชาย วงศ์สวัสดิ์ อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรี, พล.อ.ชวลิต ยงใจยุทธ อดีตรองนายกรัฐมนตรี, พล.ต.อ.พัชรวาท วงษ์สุวรรณ อดีต ผบ.ตร. โดยพันธมิตรฯ มีมติว่าจะดำเนินคดีความอาญาต่อคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช.ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการลงมติ ที่บ้านพระอาทิตย์ The People’s Alliance for Democracy (PAD) yesterday resolved to pursue a criminal suit against the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) for alleged double standards and cronyism. In a statement read at a press conference by former spokesman Parnthep Pourpongpan, the PAD said it found the NACC’s decisionto appeal against the acquittal of only one out of four people found not guilty of wrongdoing for their role in a 2008 crackdown on yellow-shirt protesters “unfair”.
