พ.ต.อ.อุเทน นุ้ยพิน ผกก.ศฝร.บช.น. เดินทางมาแจ้งความร้องทุกข์ ที่ สน.พหลโยธิน เพื่อเข้าแจ้งความเอาผิดกลุ่มผู้ที่ทุจริตการสอบ มีการกรอกข้อมูลการสมัครสอบอันเป็นเท็จลงในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ หน่วยงานที่รับสมัคร คือ กองบัญชาการศึกษา(บช.ศ.) ต่อจากนั้นจะได้รวบรวมพยานหลักฐานเพื่อไปแจ้งความที่ สน.สุทธิสาร เนื่องจากกลุ่มผู้ก่อเหตุ ใช้สถานที่โรงแรมแห่งหนึ่ง ย่านรัชดาภิเษก ในการนัดแนะเพื่อจะทำการโกงข้อสอบ และก่อจะไปแจ้งความที่ สน.หัวหมาก อีกซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่เกิดเหตุในการโกงสอบคัดเลือกนายสิบตำรวจสังกัด บช.น.
