Prasong loses High Court case

» The Supreme Court has upheld a suspended jail term given to Naew Na newspaper columnist Prasong Soonsiri and his co-defendants for defaming the Constitutional Court over its ruling clearing former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra in a 2001 assets concealment case.
