» As a Thai of Chinese descent, Qing Ming is as important to me as Chinese New Year. While Chinese New Year is the period for celebration, Qing Ming is the day family members remember relatives who have passed away.

Is the tablet scheme doing more harm than good?

Life, Sasiwimon Boonruang, Published on 20/02/2013

» It has been one year since the government launched the One Tablet Per Child scheme.
