LIFE

For eccentric fashion enthusiasts

» Check in to Sretsis's latest branch at The EmQuartier for a shopping experience that recreates vibes from the brand's first international flagship in Tokyo, Sretsis Inn. Decked out with gold accents, classic striped sofas and dark mahogany, this corner at the Qurator Zone brings you back to hotels of yesteryear, with clothing racks that look like bellboy trolleys and display cases that epitomise revolving doors. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a concierge desk, fully decorated with a classy, wood panelled façade. Mannequins at the revolving doors are wearing the latest and hottest pieces from the collection — the current being "The Runway Rum: Rock-A-Loha Summer Love".  Launched at this branch before all other stores, this summer collection is where Madonna-esque motifs meets Hawaiian frills. Think hot-pink and neon colours, topped with super-loud plastic accessories. Music notes and piano keys are some of the delicate details this season; hemlines are decorated with irresistibly eye-catching bars of notes. The standout zippers, a well-circulated fashion element from the kitschy decade, also scream 80s rock.
