Democratic justice
News, Postbag, Published on 13/04/2019
» I wish to thank the 12 diplomats and their respective democratic countries for finally supporting the Thai people. Foreign Affairs Minister Don Pramudwinai's comment, "It's an intervention in our justice system" is a joke. Without a truly democratically elected government there is no justice.

EC has no vision
News, Postbag, Published on 28/03/2019
» A conscientious Election Commission would have counted the 1,500 ballots from New Zealand that arrived at their precincts after ballot counting had begun.True, the law allows for them to not be counted, but a duty-bound, proactive EC would have noted that the ballots' delay was not any fault of the voters, nor had they been tampered with en route.

Battle for 5G is failing
News, Editorial, Published on 27/08/2018
» Almost from the moment they seized power, Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha and allies in the National Council for Peace and Order have spent time and treasure promoting their vision of the future. The world knows where you've been
Life, James Hein, Published on 16/01/2019
» A reminder for those operating in the digital world. This includes the internet, your phone, social media and basically anything in the public sphere. You can all but guarantee that everything you post online is eventually available to everyone. It doesn't matter what promises your provider might offer -- and maybe they're even being as honest as they can be -- eventually your data will turn up on a public server somewhere. The golden rule is simple: if you don't want everyone to see something, then don't post it anywhere on public networks.
