The man on the moon
Life, Parisa Pichitmarn, Published on 28/04/2017
» The 60th-anniversary celebration of the Speedmaster featured plenty of stardust (I mean celebrities), but the event also saw the attendance of the space hero who wore Omega's rigorous test-racing watches to the Moon. Looking resplendent in a jazzy American-flag tie, with three Omega watches on his wrist and a highly unexpected number of rings for an 87-year-old, Buzz Aldrin is still a hoot when talking about his mission 48 years ago. With a laugh, the man insists he is living proof that the concept of selfies existed in his time too. After all, he first decided he wanted to take a photo of himself in space in 1966. The spread of lifestyle markets
Life, Published on 16/03/2016

The last two months of 2015 alone had 16 events, all run by different entities, including big names such as The Great Outdoor Market, Art Box, Noise Market and Area Five Art & Market Fair.

» When World War I erupted in July 1914, Siam under the reign of King Rama VI declared itself neutral. Having maintained strong diplomatic ties with various countries from both sides of the conflict, there was little reason for the small country in Asia to enter the war on either side, far removed from the conflict in Europe, and with nothing to gain from taking part.

The Rolex Way

» The king of the sports watch, Rolex, and Cortina Watch have just opened the doors of a palatial boutique and permanent exhibition at Marina Square in Singapore. In the 513m² boutique, you'll be seeing lots of green, a very comprehensive display of the Oyster and Cellini collections (among other Rolex watches set with diamonds, sapphires and rubies) and a proper bar that could easily keep a party of 100 sipping all night.

Sitting pretty
Life, Kanokporn Chanasongkram, Published on 23/03/2012
» Like many other business owners, Gregg Buchbinder hopes that his children will carry on running his enterprise. At one time, coming back from Milan's biggest furniture fair and feeling very tired, he asked his daughter when she will be ready to take over the business. "After I have saved the world", she replied, as the teenager thought that she could do something better than making chairs.
