The man is free now we should all be happy for him.[/quote:3r6pbur3] Yes, the problem I have now is the deafening silence from Thai media, due to the "Please don't talk about LM cases" instruction. From foreign press we can discover foreigners who were pardoned (or never proceeded to trial such as Lech Tomasz Kisielewicz in 1995). But associated press et all, rarely mention Thai people accused of LM. That's why I asked if anyone has some figures on the results - all I can see is Lech from 1995 (apologised and was released), Oliver Jufer 2007 (pardoned and deported), and Harry 2008 (pardoned, deported). Thai cases in the last few years? (ones that have proceeded further than just the accusations please ) EDIT Additional.... Bad of me - I forgot Sulak Sivaraksa accused twice and acquitted in the 1980's and 90's Giles Ji Ungpakorn - well, accused, and has departed, but no result from a court
