    • Just-1-Voice commented : Ok, let's get something straight in regards to Thai Justice. As I mentioned before in another post, when translated from English, the Thai came up with “Just Us”, as in Just Us with the money and connection can do whatever we want. Other than that, so-called “justice” is handed out based NOT on factual law, but on “opinions” and “bribes”, i.e. the BMW driver who deliberately drove into people at a bus stop, killing some, but never went to jail because his daddy bribed the judge to find him innocent. The Aussie has been in jail for 5 months, and now received a 3 yr sentence, and others have met the same fate for their violations of L.M. Yet, Sondhi, head of PAD, had charges of L.M. brought against him THREE YEARS AGO and the court still has not ruled on it. PAD violated over a dozen laws that I have listed in previous posts, yet no one has been brought to trial. Meanwhile, some Reds threw eggs and the police used video tape to identify them and are threatening them with up to 3 yrs in prison. They should have thrown hand grenades and fired M-79 rounds and then they would have been ok. Let’s face it the justice system in Thailand is a joke based on 2 things. 1) Who you know. 2) Who you can bribe. If you don’t fall into either of those categories, you’re screwed. Enough said.
