If you've ever been to Suvarnabhumi International Airport in the past months to just walk around with a trolley to remind yourself what it feels like waiting for your flight (no? just me then?), then you'll know that the airport is a shadow of its former self. Even if you did manage to book a flight, it involves so much paperwork and costs so much, coupled with the fear of catching the virus, it's not worth it unless in an emergency.

    Ride to Khong's Legendary

    » The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) will organise "Ride to Khong's Legendary", the road bicycle race through four provinces along the Mekong River, from Oct 29 to Nov 1. The aim is to promote sport tourism and to see the potential to organise the event as an annual international bicycle race, according to TAT chief Yuthasak Supasorn. TAT invested about 13 million baht in the event, which is expected to attract more than 1,000 participants.
