วันที่ 26 พ.ค. เจ้าหน้าที่ทหารได้นำตัว นายสุเทพ เทือกสุบรรณ เลขาธิการกปปส. พร้อมแกนนำ กปปส.บางส่วน เดินทางมายังสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ถนนรัชดาภิเษก ตามที่พนักงานสอบสวนกรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ หรือ ดีเอสไอ นัดส่งตัวพร้อมสำนวนคดี ในข้อหากบฏ และข้อหาอื่นๆ รวม 8 ข้อหา เพื่อส่งตัวให้อัยการ ส่งฟ้องต่อศาลอาญา รวมทั้งแกนนำที่ไม่ได้ถูก คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (ครส.)
